To ensure safety and comfort of the guests during their stay, please review our resort guidelines.
To make every guest’s experience as pleasant as possible, we kindly request your cooperation in observing the following rules as part of the agreement between you and Yasuragi Boutique Resort.
- Room check-in is from 2 p.m. Check out is until 12 p.m.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms, cottages, and public dining areas.
- Wi-Fi internet is free and available throughout the resort. Password is provided at the reception.
- Guests are given the key upon registration at the reception and are kindly asked to lock the rooms. Guests are required to handover their keys to the receptionist upon departure.
- The resort does not serve alcohol at the property.
- It is not allowed to take explosive, weapons, inflammable materials, or other dangerous chemicals into the resort.
- It is not allowed to bring food from outside into the resort. Cooking is not allowed inside any of the properties.
- No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in the rooms.
- Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document. Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property. Yasuragi Boutique Resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation if additional guests are added without prior consent.
- The swimming pool & The Sakura Falls do not have a lifeguard. Children below 12 need to be accompanied by an adult. The resort will not be held responsible for any incident.
- Pets of all types are strictly prohibited at the resort.
- Prostitution or use of illegal substance is strictly prohibited, and the resort has the right to evict any guest indulging in such activities.
- The resort bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, you are kindly requested to immediately inform Reception.
- All rooms have air conditioning. Please note that air condition does not work if windows are opened or if windows are not properly closed.
- Linen is changed every two days. Used towels are changed daily.
- In all our properties DO NOT DISTURB sign has been provided. Resort rule is that this sign cannot be displayed longer than 24 hours. After this time, the resort reserves the right to enter the room due to Safety and Security reasons.
- Resort guests must wear appropriate clothing and footwear when moving through the public spaces of the resort.
- You shall indemnify and hold the resort harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation and your stay in the resort.
- All the assets and valuables of the resort should be duly maintained adequately and should not be damaged or destroyed. The resort has the discretion to levy any charges in future if it is proven beyond doubt that such damage/destruction to the asset of the resort (both movable and immovable) have been done or caused by the Guest.
- We reserve all rights to refuse service to any guests who do not follow or comply with these rules.
