Is breakfast included in the price?

Breakfast is not included in the room rates.

Are taxes included in the room rates?

Taxes are not included in the room rates. An 18% GST will be charged extra.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal, Stripe, Pay TM, Google Pay, MasterCard, and Visa.

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email from the resort confirming your reservation.

Can I book a room by telephone?

Unfortunately, we do not take bookings by telephone. But if you need assistance of any sort, you can send a message on our WhatsApp or email us on reservations@yasuragiresort.com.

I have booked a room in the resort, but I did not receive a confirmation by email. What do I have to do?

The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email is typing your email address incorrectly. Therefore, please double check your email address before finalizing your reservation. Also, we have noticed that in some cases our confirmation email may end up in your "spam folder". If you do not receive an email after you have made a booking, please send an email with your booking number and details to reservations@yasuragiresort.com.

Can I book a room for day use?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to book a room for day use. The minimum that can be booked through our website is one night.

What are the check-in and check-out times of the resort?

The check-in is at 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00.

How can I request an early check-in or late check-out time?

We advise you to please contact the resort. For assistance of any sort, you can send a message on our WhatsApp or email us on reservations@yasuragiresort.com.

Are parking facilities available at the resort?

Yes, parking is free for all our guests.

How can I cancel or change my booking?

You can cancel your reservation or send us a request for a modification on our WhatsApp or email us on reservations@yasuragiresort.com.

Do I pay a cancellation fee?

Cancellation made 3 days prior to the arrival date shall not incur any cancellation charges. If you cancel 2 days prior to arrival date, full amount will be charged.

We have two small children; can we get extra beds in the room?

Please send a message on our WhatsApp or email us on reservations@yasuragiresort.com. We will try our best to accommodate them depending on availability.

Can I request an extra bed for a third person and at what costs?

Once you have retrieved the availability for a specific accommodation for the requested dates, by clicking on the name of the accommodation, you will access the room description. If the possibility and the costs of an extra bed in the room are not specified in the room description, please send a message on our WhatsApp or email us on reservations@yasuragiresort.com.
